ISTANBUL, Sept 8 (Reuters) - Shares in Turkey’s Tekfen Holding rose 8.12 percent at 0717 GMT after news that the company had decided to sell 50 percent of its construction firm Tekfen Insaat to Azeri state oil company Socar.
